How long should this take to heal? Shoulder injury, possible rotator cuff?

I just went through the same thing but hurt my shoulder in a car accident. My shoulder would hurt randomly . I went and got an mri and ended up having a partical tear wich resulted in surgery and my shoulder has never been the same. If u can I would get it checked out when u can other wise it could get worse.
